1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing desa55 — whether through the website at desa55.app, through your mobile browser, or through any other interface we may provide — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to every aspect of your use of desa55, including but not limited to account registration, PKR deposits and withdrawals, Sports Betting on Cricket, PSL and other events, Slots, Casino games, Live Casino sessions, Esports betting, any bonuses or promotions, and all communications between you and desa55.

desa55 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Your continued use of desa55 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a desa55 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. desa55 is strictly an adults-only platform and we have zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or any entity.
• You must not be using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not already hold an active desa55 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information we request.

desa55 may require identity verification at any point — for example, before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of our standard account review process. You agree to provide the documents we request promptly. Failure to complete verification may result in your account being temporarily restricted until the verification is complete.

3. Account Rules

Your desa55 account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials — username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes — with any other person. desa55 is not responsible for any losses that result from you sharing your account access with someone else.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not it was carried out by you personally. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact desa55 support immediately and change your password.

Each person may hold only one desa55 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is a serious breach of these Terms. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited, particularly where the duplicate accounts were used to claim promotions or bonuses multiple times.

desa55 reserves the right to close or suspend your account if we have reason to believe that the information you provided during registration was false or misleading, that your account has been used fraudulently, that you have breached any part of these Terms, or that keeping your account active poses a risk to the platform or other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on desa55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your funds — your PKR balance is held as PKR and all bets, game stakes, wins and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your account within seconds of confirming the transfer in your payment app. Raast and bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel you used to make your most recent deposit. Before your first withdrawal is processed, desa55 may require identity verification documents. Withdrawal processing times depend on the method used — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.

Deposits must come from payment accounts that belong to you. You may not use payment methods registered to another person. If we identify a deposit made from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and your account reviewed. desa55 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means.

• Deposits are applied to your PKR wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds before they can be processed.
• desa55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Transaction limits — minimum deposit, maximum deposit per transaction, maximum daily withdrawal — are listed in your account dashboard.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

desa55 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Every bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. These Terms set out the general rules that apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Bonus funds may only be used on specific game categories or individual titles as stated in the promotion terms. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games and Live Casino may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded.
• Validity period: All bonuses expire after a set number of days from the date they are credited to your account. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are removed automatically when a bonus expires.
• Minimum deposit: Some promotions require a minimum PKR deposit to qualify for the bonus. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — is a serious breach of these Terms. desa55 will void any bonuses or winnings associated with abuse and may close the accounts involved.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The desa55 Sports section covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Tennis, Basketball, Esports and other sports as available. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message on screen and the stake is deducted from your PKR wallet. If a bet fails for any reason before confirmation is shown, the stake is not deducted and the bet is not placed.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and delay. desa55 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time during a live event. Bets placed before a suspension are valid; bets placed after a suspension is lifted are subject to the updated odds.
• Void bets: Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned or otherwise voided are returned to your PKR wallet as cash. For Cricket, if a match is abandoned due to rain with no result, bets are typically voided unless Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) determines a result, in which case the DLS result stands.
• Bet limits: Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market. These are displayed when you place a bet. desa55 reserves the right to limit individual bets or restrict a player's access to certain markets at our discretion.
• Obvious errors: If a price is published due to a technical error and is obviously incorrect, desa55 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and return stakes to players.
• Results: The result of a Sports Betting market is determined by the official result of the relevant governing body. For PSL, the PCB result is the reference. For international cricket, the ICC result stands.

Attempting to manipulate sporting events or exploit inside information to place bets is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

7. Casino & Slots Rules

desa55 Casino, Slots and Live Casino games are provided by third-party game studios. The rules of each individual game — including Return to Player (RTP) percentages, minimum and maximum bets, and special feature mechanics — are governed by the rules of the relevant game title, which are accessible within the game itself.

Return to Player: RTP percentages are published for all slot titles available on desa55. RTP is a statistical measure of how much a game pays back over a large number of rounds — it is not a guarantee of what any individual player will win or lose in any given session.

Live Casino: Live Casino games are streamed from third-party studio environments. The outcome of all Live Casino games is determined by the physical game in progress — the card dealt, the roulette ball outcome, the game show result. desa55 has no ability to influence these outcomes. Any technical disconnection during a Live Casino round that results in an incomplete round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules, which typically result in the round being recorded as played up to the point of disconnection.

• Minimum and maximum PKR bet limits are displayed within each game before you place a stake.
• Game malfunctions — server errors, disconnection mid-round, display glitches — void all pays and plays for the affected round. Stakes are returned to your PKR wallet.
• desa55 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed or temporarily suspended by the provider at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on desa55. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of relevant balances:

• Registering more than one account on desa55, regardless of the name, email address or payment details used.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using desa55 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards desa55 staff or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to access systems, data or accounts that do not belong to you.

9. Responsible Gaming

desa55 believes that gaming should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. The platform provides practical tools to help adults manage their gaming activity sensibly. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can add to your desa55 wallet. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — any increase takes effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, your session ends automatically.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily block your own access to desa55 for a period you specify — from a few days up to a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and marketing communications will be stopped.

We encourage every player to set a PKR budget before opening any game or placing any bet, and to treat that budget as the cost of entertainment — not as money you expect to get back. Never chase losses. If you have lost your session budget, close the platform and come back another day.

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

desa55 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running reliably at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, desa55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from technical faults, delays or interruptions.

desa55 is not responsible for any issues arising from your internet connection, your device, your mobile network, or your payment provider. If your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction fails due to an issue on the payment provider's end, desa55's liability is limited to returning any funds that were successfully received by us.

Nothing in these Terms limits desa55's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Changes to Terms

desa55 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If the changes are material, we will display a notification on the platform when you next log in.

Your continued use of desa55 after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an updated version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
